Refund policy

We want you to love your KEZA purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, including if the scent or texture is not to your preference.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
